APS STAMPSHOW 2006 & MPS BUS
The American Philatelic Society's Annual Convention and Philatelic Exhibition for 2006 will be held at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont (Chicago), on August 24-27, 2006. For details.
The Milwaukee Philatelic Society will host a bus to Stampshow on Saturday, August 18, 2006. The bus will leave the Watertown Plank Park and Ride lot at 8:30 a.m. and will leave the Holt Ave. Park and Ride lot at 8:45 a.m. The bus will leave the show at 4:30 p.m. The cost is $20 for adults and $10 for children.
The deadline for reservations is August 18, 2006. Please send the following information, along with a check for the applicable amount made out to the Milwaukee Philatelic Society, to Alice Archie, 1629 N. 117th St., Wauwatosa, WI 53226: Name(s), address, whether adult or child, phone #, amount enclosed, and whether you will board at the Watertown Plank or the Holt Ave. location. DR. SEUSS WRITING COMPETITION WINNERS ANNOUNCED

ATA NATIONAL SHOW TO BE HELD IN MILWAUKEE, JULY, 2005
The ATA National Topical Stamp Show will return to Milwaukee in 2005. The show will be held at the Four Points Sheraton, Milwaukee Airport Hotel, the same site as when the show last was held in Milwaukee in 1999, and the same site as Milcopex. For more information, see the NTSS 2005 website.

North Shore Philatelic Society AUGUST MEETING AT NORTH SHORE PUBLIC LIBRARY
The North Shore Philatelic society has moved up its move to its new location. The N.S.P.S. will hold its AUGUST, 2003 meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2003 in the Community Room at the North Shore Library, 6800 North Port Washington Rd, Whitefish Bay, WI.

North Shore Philatelic Society announces change of meeting Time and location
As of its September, 2003 meeting, the North Shore Philatelic Society will be meeting at 7:00 pm on the first Wednesday of the month in the Community Room at the North Shore Library, 6800 North Port Washington Rd, Whitefish Bay, WI.
The N.S.P.S. will continue to hold its meetings at the Lydell School through June, 2003. There will be no meeting in July. The club is planning a picnic meeting for August.

ATA CHAPTER V WELCOMED AS NEW TRIPEX SPONSORING CLUB
The American Topical Association, Chap. V, will join the North Shore Philatelic Society and the Polish American Stamp Club in sponsoring the Tripex Stamp Fair beginning this June.
2003 DISTINGUISHED PHILATELIST NAMED
Fay Heller, of the Milwaukee Philatelic Society and the American Air Mail Society (General Billy Mitchell Chapter), has been named the 2003 Distinguished Philatelist. The awards luncheon will be held March 23, 2003 at the Sheraton Hotel, Brown Deer.

DISTINGUISHED PHILATELIST NOMINATIONS SOUGHT
Nominations are now being taken for the Greater Milwaukee Area Distinguished Philatelist. The Award will be given at the Distinguished Philatelist Dinner in March, 2003.
