Maul Hand-drawn & Hand-painted FDC
I grew up in Iowa and have an interest in its postal history, especially of the two counties in which I was raised (Calhoun and Carroll) and that in which my ancestors settled in the 1850s (Jones). I have already begun showing an exhibit of Carroll County Postal History, and am working on accumulating the material for exhibits of the other two counties.
I am looking for covers or postcards with clear cancellations from the following Iowa towns. I am looking for earlier covers as well as nice post-WWII usages and auxiliary markings:
